Shipping policy

Our packages are shipped from warehouse in either Hong Kong or Sydney, Australia within 72 hours of receiving the order, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the rare event of a dispatch delay, rest assured that we will promptly notify you within 72 hours.

​Once your order is prepared for dispatch, an email notification containing a tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to become visible, as there is a timeframe between packing and the initial scan when the package is onboard for delivery. We offer flat rate shipping of HK$50 for all orders below HK$660. As we ship globally and we anticipate your package will arrive between 5 - 17 business days. ​

It's important to note that all orders are considered final, and we cannot guarantee changes to products or shipping details once the order confirmation has been sent. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that all details are accurate before confirming your order.
